At launch, allow the license and Steam Cloud state to settle, then progress until the game introduces equipment or edition rewards. Capture the exact delivery message. If Big Dipper begins upgraded or uses a unique state, disclose that instead of forcing a false equal comparison. A higher damage number can coexist with slower recovery or a less suitable condition. Rank it for a declared goal rather than an undefined overall score.
Decide which build can use it
An aggressive setup values repeatable close pressure and ability to defend after attacking. A Down setup values buildup and proximity to the conversion. A stealth setup may value an opener condition. A ranged build may keep a katana as a close response, but Big Dipper should not be labeled a ranged weapon without a live action supporting that role.
