Beast of Reincarnation Languages

Check all 11 Steam interface and subtitle languages for Beast of Reincarnation, plus English and Japanese full audio and verification steps.

Steam lists 11 interface and subtitle languages for Beast of Reincarnation: English, Japanese, French, Italian, German, Spanish from Spain, Portuguese from Brazil, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Korean. Full audio is listed in English and Japanese.

These are Store feature commitments for AppID 2001760 at the 2026-08-01 checkpoint. They do not automatically define every launch menu combination, downloadable voice pack, subtitle accessibility setting, or localized terminology. The public build should be checked in each available mode.

Read the Steam language table correctly

Interface means menus and on-screen text. Subtitles cover supported text for spoken content according to the Store. Full audio identifies voice tracks. A language with interface and subtitles but no full-audio mark should not be described as dubbed.

The table does not prove that every incidental vocalization, song, or licensed media clip is localized. Use the game’s language menu and credits for detailed exceptions. Do not convert “Spanish - Spain” into Latin American Spanish or “Portuguese - Brazil” into European Portuguese.

Confirm the two voice options

English and Japanese are the listed full-audio choices. At release, record whether voice language can be selected independently of interface and subtitle language, whether a restart is required, and whether Steam downloads additional data. Check new-game scenes and ordinary gameplay.

Do not infer the complete cast by ear. Voice credits should come from official announcements or the final credits and should specify language. If a character uses another language within the story, that scene does not create a third full-audio track.

Verify interface and subtitle combinations

For each language, change through the supported menu or Steam property and confirm title screen, settings, HUD terms, item descriptions, Koo’s Bloom Art menu, FP and Down labels, subtitles, and save/load text. Record truncation, overflow, missing glyphs, or fallback text with a screenshot and version.

Use the source English terminology as the site source locale, but do not force literal translations. Official localized UI should lead each future locale. If a term differs between Store copy and game UI, note the public build as canonical for mechanics.

Test subtitle presentation

Inspect subtitle size, background, speaker labels, color, timing, and cutscene versus gameplay behavior if those controls exist. Full subtitle support does not by itself guarantee all of these accessibility options. Record the exact menu wording.

Check a scene with multiple speakers and an action sequence where the HUD is busy. Text that is readable in a static menu may overlap combat information at another aspect ratio. Keep story content spoiler-safe when using screenshots.

Separate Steam client language from game language

The Steam client’s interface language, a game’s language property, and an in-game selection can be different. Record which control changes files and which changes only presentation. If a selection is missing, restart after allowing Steam to complete any download before reporting a bug.

Do not delete localization files to force a language. Preserve the supported selector. Family Sharing or another account’s client language should not be assumed to change saved language behavior.

Track terminology across updates

Important system terms include Blight, Nushi, malefacts, Bloom Arts, FP, Down Gauge, Spirit Stones, Charms, Emma, and Koo. Future localized pages should source their spelling from the official target-language build and retain route identity separately. Machine translation is not evidence for a canonical game term.

If a patch corrects a translation, attach the version and update the affected guide. A changed item name should preserve an old alias only when players may still encounter it in earlier notes or builds.

Avoid overclaiming accessibility and audio scope

A supported subtitle language is not proof of text-to-speech, sign language, audio description, or subtitle customization. Full controller support is unrelated to localization. English/Japanese audio does not imply lip-sync variants. Each feature needs its own visible menu or official statement.

Similarly, Steam’s language list applies to the Windows base game. Console language availability can differ and should not be copied into this PC record without platform-specific evidence.

Language evidence checkpoint

The complete 11-language interface/subtitle list and the English/Japanese full-audio marks come directly from the Steam Store page for AppID 2001760, checked 2026-08-01. Exact menu independence, download behavior, subtitle controls, credited voice cast, and localization corrections require public-build or official update evidence.
